Rebalance the Generators (Layer 2) section so it reflects how OpenKB positions itself (wiki + reasoning-based retrieval), instead of spotlighting one generator.

• Drop the "flagship generator" label on Skill Factory. It read "the newest generator" before docs(examples): openkb usage guides with real generated artifacts #141; "flagship" over-promotes it and conflicts with the hero, which is all about the wiki and reasoning-based retrieval (query/chat).
• Add a short "Query & Chat" subsection for the core ask-the-wiki loop, placed first, so it is no longer just a table row while Skill Factory keeps a prose section. Skill-specific commands are now grouped under Skill Factory.

No content removed: every generator is still in the table with its examples/ link.
