Adds the strings catalog entries for the Unix socket forwarding UI and error message shipped in #1876.
Xcode extracts these on build, and they were left out of that PR. No code change, no behaviour change.
Keys added: the Socket Path field, its three inline captions, and the
socketForwardingRefusederror.
