Swap UX improvements: time levels, deviation score, and estimate clarity

• swap time: instead of numeric values that are currently shown we will show 3/4 levels depending on exchange time. Fastest (intents, amm), slowest (large swaps on CExes)
• find ways to display deviation score for each provider. The number refers to "the average % not delivered by provider on each swap based on last 100 swaps.
• notify user that estimate is an estimate not guaranteed value. 0.2% is an accesibtable deviation value.
