Support Kotlin 2.4.10

Description of the issue
Kotlin 2.4.10 was released on 2026-07-14: https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin/releases/tag/v2.4.10.

There are no compiler api related changes, so it should work with CodeQL 2.26.0, but I still get this error message:

Error message: Kotlin version 2.4.10 is too recent. CodeQL currently supports versions below 2.4.10

https://kotlinlang.org/docs/releases.html: Bug fix releases, like 2.4.10, should be supported by CodeQL. The current max supported version should be < 2.4.20.
2.4.20 contains compiler plugin changes, but 2.4.10 does not.

As far as I can tell, the page you link does not guarantee that there are no API changes in 2.x.10 releases (as bug fix might involve an API change). Unless I missed something? So your suggestion could potentially cause breakage.

We'll have a look at adding support for Kotlin 2.4.10.

@jketema that's true, there is no guarantee and additionally, the compiler api itself is unstable, but it is very unlikely and IMHO better to support bug fix releases with the risk of a compiler api change instead of breaking CodeQL support after each bug fix release (over and over).
