Describe the bug
Words that have been added to the blocked list (blacklist) still appear in the keyboard's suggestion bar.
To Reproduce
Go to settings and add a specific word to the blocked list.
Type in any app to trigger suggestions.
Observe that the blocked word is still suggested in the suggestion bar.
Expected behavior
Blocked words should be completely filtered out and never appear as suggestions.
